Nicholas Joseph Marone

Nick bravely fought a long battle with pancreatic cancer and passed on Thursday, June 27th, 2024, at the age of 63, of Berlin Twp., NJ, formerly of South Philadelphia, PA.

Beloved son of Joseph & Anna May (nee Dunlap) Marone of South Philadelphia, PA.  Loving father of Joseph G. Marone (Rose) of Haddonfield, NJ and Andrew N. Marone of Berlin Twp., NJ. Dear brother of Charles Marone of South Philadelphia and Joseph Marone (Nancy) of Penndel, PA.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Spending time with family & friends was most important to Nick. He was a true family man, and cherished his sons.  Nick was a talker, he enjoyed spending time with friends sharing stories over coffee. Even though his battle was long and hard, Nick was filled with a positive attitude and was admired by his Doctors for his encouragement to others.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation Friday, July 5th from 5:30 to 7 PM, at Jackson Funeral Home, 308 Haddon Avenue, Haddon Township, NJ, where his Memorial Service will begin at 7 PM.

Interment will be private.
