Alfred A. Litwak

Passed away peacefully with his family by his bedside on Sunday, October 23, 2016, age 92, of Haddon Twp., NJ.

Beloved husband of 68 years to the late Loretta Litwak. Loving father of Maryann McKenzie (Arthur), Jacqueline Seppy (the late Joseph) and Al Litwak (Maria). Dear grandfather of Scott McKenzie, Sarah Henle, Joseph Seppy, Anne Gurdgiel, Michael Seppy, Beth Litwak, Brendan Newman and Shannon Newman Axelrod. Great grandfather of seven.

Fred served in the Navy during World War II on the USS Custer in the Pacific. He worked for RCA in Camden on the early space program, the early warning missile system in Greenland and on a Chinese typewriter in Okinawa and Taiwan. Fred also served on the Haddon Township Board of Education, the Senior Citizens United Community Services Board in Audubon and the restoration of the Champion School in Haddon Township.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, October 28th, from 6 – 8 PM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave, Haddon Twp., NJ, with funeral services to follow at 8 PM.
