Warren passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 83.
He resided in Williamstown NJ. Warren was born in Oaklyn, NJ and graduated from Collingswood High School in 1957. After graduation, Warren enlisted in the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1965. Warren’s career was working as a Designer for J.J. Henry Co. One of Warren’s true loves was high school wrestling. He was head coach for Camden Catholic High School in the 1960’s / 70’s (inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2007) and also Bishop Eustace High School. He was quite the mentor to many a fine wrestler; something that he took great pride and joy in. Warren also enjoyed being outdoors working in his yard, he was quite the landscaper. He continued to maintain a part-time job throughout his senior years. Warren was a hard worker and true patriot who gave support to his passions such as Animal Shelters and Wounded Warriors Project.
Warren is predeceased by his parents Warren J. Bowne Sr. and Betty A. Bowne and his brother Borden P. Bowne. He is survived by his sister Phyllis A. Rohrman and his sister-in-law Bette C. Bowne. Also survived by his nieces and nephews along with many grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be private.
