Thomas J. Brighton, Sr. "Tom"

April 15, 1958 — October 5, 2023

Tom passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, of Sicklerville, NJ, formerly of Lindenwold, NJ, at the age of 65.  Beloved husband of 45 years to Deborah J. (neé Conway).  Loving father of Thomas J. Brighton, Jr. and his Fiancé Rachel Kristovich of Vineland, NJ and Kevin T. Brighton and his wife Kristina of Sicklerville, NJ.   Dear brother of Kenneth G. Brighton and his wife Farida.  Proud grandfather of Brittney, Lindsay and Athena.

Tom worked as an Engineer for Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ for over 40 years.  He was an avid Philadelphia Sports team’s fan.  Tom enjoyed fishing, biking and working on cars, and was also a true handyman.  He and Debbie loved traveling in their RV to Florida.  Tom will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation, Saturday, Oct. 14th from 2 to 3:30 PM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Twp., NJ, where his Memorial Service will begin at 3:30 PM.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tom’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Voorhees Animal Orphanage, 419 Cooper Rd., Voorhees, NJ 08043.
