Gina passed away peacefully on March 3, 2024, at the age of 75, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Philadelphia and a 1966 graduate of John W. Hallahan High School. Former wife of Paul Aylmer. Devoted mother of Jon Paul Aylmer (Jennifer), Jeanine Aylmer and Bridget Franks (Eddie). Beloved grandmother to her 4 grandsons, Jake, Eric, Colin & Matthew. Sister of Francine DeSantis (Francis) and James Hannon, and sister-in-law of Chet Czerpak. She is preceded in death by her mother and father James & Regina (neé Smith) Hannon and her sisters Anne Marie Hickey and Kathleen Czerpak. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Gina’s smile lit up the room and her laugh was contagious. She had a gift of making you feel loved and her kindness will always be remembered. She loved being surrounded by her family & friends, especially on sunny days at the shore. Family, Faith & Fun were of significant importance to her and a constant throughout all her days. A life full of love is a life well lived. Gina, with grace and joy in her heart, lived life to the fullest. She will be missed immensely and cherished always.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, March 8th from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at Saint Teresa of Calcutta HOLY SAVIOUR CHURCH, 50 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ. Family Eulogy will begin at 10:45 AM followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private for the family.
