Noreen Marie Gallagher

Noreen passed peacefully with her family by her side on July 15, 2024, at the age of 71, of Westmont, NJ. Beloved wife of 44 years to James J. Gallagher.  Loving mother of Matthew J. Gallagher and Liam M. Gallagher both of Westmont, NJ.  Dear sister of Arthur and Christopher Donnelly and beloved niece to Aunt Patsy and the late William McGuinn.  Loving sister-in-law of Annabell, Dan & Mary Beth and Bernice Gallagher. Proud aunt of Corey Donnelly, Neil Gallagher and Joseph Gallagher.

Noreen enjoyed reading, history and trivia.  She especially loved her time as a teacher’s aide to several generations of children at the Strawbridge School in Westmont.  Noreen served as a President of its PTA and was co-Founder with Mrs. Bruno of the Living History Program.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing Thursday, July 18th, from 6 – 8 PM and Friday from 10 – 11 AM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Avenue, Haddon Township, NJ, where her funeral service will begin at 11 AM.  Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Noreen’s memory may be made to the Haddon Township Visual Performing Arts Guild, 35 Cambridge Ave., Westmont, NJ 08108 or The Ritz Theater Company, 915 White Horse Pike, Haddon Twp., NJ 08107.
