Nancy, of Camden, NJ, passed away peacefully, on June 27, 2026, at the age of 68.

She was the loving daughter of the late Doris & David Burns. Nancy leaves behind cousins; Thomas Day, Rick Day & Sue (née Zebley), Susan (née Day) & Gordy Day, Sarah (née Day) & Mike Mack, William Day, Mark Day, Lois (née Little) & Skip Fuller. Nancy was predeceased by her mother, Doris (née Day) Burns and her father David Burns, her Aunt and Uncle Jane (née Haven) and Alvin Day as well as her cousin Mark Day.

As a young person, Nancy enjoyed playing games with her family members and swimming in the summer. As a teenager, she enjoyed music, especially anything by Diana Ross. She loved the color purple. In her early teens she enjoyed riding her horse. She was fond of a good PBJ sandwich and chocolate.
