Mary B. Vasile

Mary, age 85, of Haddon Township, NJ passed away on April 15, 2021.

Beloved wife of the late Francis R. Vasile, Sr.; Loving mother of Francis R. Vasile, Jr. of Haddon Township, NJ and Joseph C. Vasile (Shannon) of Collingswood, NJ.;  Dear sister of Joan Flynn (the late Jack) of Broad Channel, NY, Joseph Valentine (Helga) of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Paul Valentine (Libby) of Jupiter, FL, the late Rae Johnson of Annandale, NJ, the late Charles Valentine of Freehold, NJ, the late Roy Valentine (Judy) of Jupiter, FL, and the late John W. Valentine of Haddon Twp., NJ.

Mary was a treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews and a revered “After-School Grandmom” to many families.  She was an esteemed childcare professional, teaching at Holy Saviour Parish for many years before branching out on her own to work with families in their homes.   Her nurturing nature was evident in her hobbies as well, and her backyard garden (best observed from her screen-house) is legendary among her many friends.  Mary was an extraordinary person and touched many lives.

Family and friends are invited to her Memorial Mass Friday, April 23 ^th 11 AM at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish Holy Saviour Church, 50 Emerald Avenue, Westmont, NJ 08108.

Interment will be private.

Due to the current regulations, face masks must be worn, and attendance will be limited to follow the Covid-19 guidelines.
