(Nee Purnell) Passed peacefully, on Sunday, November 19, 2017, age 91, of Haddon Township, NJ, formerly of Barrington, NJ.

Beloved wife of the late John Peter Postick for 53 years.  Dear daughter of the late Dorothy & James W. Purnell, Sr.  Loving sister of James W. Purnell, Jr. (Anita) of Deptford, NJ, the late Ruth Herndon, Virginia Roche, Beatrice Stone and Lilly Elliott. Also survived by all the families & loved ones of her siblings.

Mary grew up in Barrington, and graduated from Haddon Heights HS in 1943.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collingswood, and a very fun loving person while living in Rohrer Towers II.  Mary had a way of making you feel special, when sending cards at holidays and special occasions, they were always beautifully written with Calligraphy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday, Nov. 25 ^th from 9:30 to 10:30 am at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Twp., NJ, funeral services will follow at 10:30 am.

Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Mary’s memory may be made to First Baptist Church, 23 Frazer Ave., Collingswood, NJ, 08108 or the charity of the donor’s choice.
