Joe passed peacefully with his family by his side, on October 11, 2019, at the age of 70.
Beloved husband of Milta E. Velez. Loving father of Joseph and Christopher. Proud grandfather of Chanel, Arianna, CJ and Maurice. Adoring great grandfather of Christopher and Remi.
Funeral Services will be private.
