Joseph I. Leusner

Joe passed away peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the age of 80, of Haddon Twp., NJ, formerly of Woodlynne, NJ.

Beloved husband of 49 years to Sylvia S. (neé Harris).  Loving father of Stephanie Prybyl (Adam) of Galena, IL and Tammy Brown (Christopher) of Westmont, NJ.  Dear brother of the late Clarence, David, Robert, Winthrop, Armand, Bruce, Grace Teschko, Margaret Holder and Carol Dabrowski. Loving brother-in-law of Jean Leusner, Henry Dabrowski, John Harris, Lee Harris (Barbara), Barbara Harris and the late Carl Harris. Proud grandfather of Kaiya, Malie, Tesla and Greta Brown.  Loving uncle of many nieces & nephews.

Joe was the owner of Landscapes by Leusner. He was devoted to his family and enjoyed trips to Ocean City & Arizona.  The joy of his life besides creating his landscapes and gardens was spending time with his granddaughters. Joe was an avid sports fan and enjoyed reading, music and being in the sun.  He also enjoyed playing poker with his lifelong friends and pinochle with his family.  Joe had a great sense of humor and was always telling jokes and stories to make people laugh.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Wednesday, Dec. 27th from 9:30 to 11 AM at Jackson Funeral Home, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Twp., NJ, followed by his Memorial Service at 11 AM.

Interment will be private.
