Glenda Joy Serody

(nee Newman) Glenda went home to be with her Lord on January 13th, 2023, of Cherry Hill, NJ, formerly of Philadelphia, and born in Halltown, MO. Beloved wife of the late Edward Serody. Loving mother of Cindy Creedon and her husband Dr. Gerald Creedon “Jerry” of Cherry Hill, NJ. Dear sister of the late Kay Hankins and Dee Newman of Springfield, MO. Also survived by her many nieces Deonna, Gayla, Andria and Nanette, her granddaughter Renee, and her friends at Dubin & Gesher House in Cherry Hill.

Joy enjoyed being involved with her church, watching online bible studies, reading her bible, showing the love of God to her friends, dining out and watching old TV movies, especially Westerns, they were her favorite!

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation Saturday, May 20 ^th , from 1:00 to 1:30 PM at Jackson Funeral Home, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township, NJ, where her Celebration of Life will begin at 1:30 PM.

Interment will be private.
