Francis J. "Frank" Parker

August 15, 1931 — February 1, 2021

Frank passed away peacefully, at the age of 89, on February 1, 2021,of Haddon Township, NJ.

Born and raised in Westmont, NJ, Frank remained in the area for close to 90 years.  He attended Holy Savior School and Church and graduated from Roman Catholic High School in 1949.  Frank served in the Naval Reserves and worked as an electrical designer for ITE Corp and Stone and Webster.  Frank was a passionate Philadelphia sports fan through thick and thin.  He loved to travel and enjoyed his beach house in Sea Isle City.  Frank's hobbies were baking, gardening, listening to instrumental music, photography and studying his family's ancestry and documenting this history.  Frank was a devoted family man.  He was married to Nora (nee Tierney) for close to 63 years and they had six children together.  He is also survived by his brother Robert and his sisters Joan Sheehan and Maryellen Mayer.  His children, Elise (Joseph), Nora (James), John (Marsha), Mark (Kim), Matthew (Jennifer) and James.  His grandchildren, Brenna, Mara, Luke, Liam, Mollie, Emily, Andrew, Grace, Oliver, Quinn, Frances and Carey. He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Agnes Parker and his sister Patricia Sloan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 6 th , 11 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Road, Haddon Township, NJ. Due to the current regulations, face masks must be worn, and attendance will be limited to follow the Covid-19 guidelines .
