Charles F. Cathers, Sr. "Frank"

Frank passed peacefully at home, with his family by his side, on May 13, 2022, at the age of 73, of Cherry Hill, NJ, formerly of Westmont, NJ.

Beloved husband of almost 54 years to Ethel A. (nee Scirrotto).  Loving father of Frank Cathers, Jr, (Terri) of Camp Hill, PA and Christine Donohue (David) of Westmont, NJ. Dear brother of Jim Cathers (Doreen) of Palm Coast, FL, Diane Haines (Rich) of Franklinville, NJ and Glenn Cathers of Blackwood, NJ. Proud grandfather of Courtney Cathers, Emily Donohue, Max Cathers, Aidan Donohue and Alex Cathers. Adoring great grandfather of Liam and Lydia.

Frank worked with the Federal Aviation Administration in Egg Harbor Township, NJ for 37 years.  He was a member of the Haddon Township Police Reserve, the Westmont Lions Club and was a baseball and football coach for Haddon Township Minor League teams. Frank enjoyed annual family trips to Castle Island Camps in Belgrade Lakes, Maine.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Tuesday, May 17th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Jackson Funeral Home, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township, NJ, where his Memorial service will begin 7:00 PM.

Interment will be private.
