Anthony Forte

Tony passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 84.

Beloved husband of Sara (nee Clapsadle) of 58 years. Loving father of MaryKaye of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Tony of Philadelphia, PA.  Dear son to the late Anthony and Mary Forte, and brother to the late Elizabeth Forte and Marion Seitz. Tony grew up in South Philadelphia, and raised his family in Collingswood, NJ.  He was a parishioner of Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Collingswood.

Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tony’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or www.stjude.org .
