Harry F. Hoffman

On May 5, 2010, Age 93, of Haddon Township, NJ and Ocean City, NJ. Beloved husband of the late Margaret S. Hoffman (Nee Undorfer). Loving father of H. Frank Hoffman (Gail) of Mt. Laurel, NJ and M. Charlene Hoffman of Haddon Twp., NJ. Brother of William C. Hoffman (Vera). Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Hoffman was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. A graduate of Northeast High School, N. Phila. and attended Temple University. Harry retired from J.J Henry Co., Naval Architect firm. He was also employed at NY Shipbuilding Corp., Camden, NJ. Harry was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Air Force for four years. He was a member of Collingswood Cloud Lodge for 58 years; Trip & Tour Chairman of Westmont AARP #3653, and a former member of Haddonfield Assembly since 1968. Harry was a member of the Westmont United Methodist Church and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Collingswood for 54 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday morning 10 to11 AM at the JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Avenue, Westmont, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 11AM. Interment Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken, NJ. The family requests contributions in Harry’s memory be made to Westmont United Methodist Church or St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
