On Saturday, March 25, 2017, age 63, of Haddon Township, NJ, formerly of Hammonton, NJ.

Loving son of Lorraine Payne of Hammonton, NJ. Beloved father of Dr. Christopher J. Long (Dr. Danielle Capece) of Haddonfield, NJ, LauraBeth McAllister (Thomas) of Haddon Township, NJ and Timothy Giacobbe (Keri) of Williamstown, NJ. Significant other Dottie Currie of Philadelphia, PA. Dear brother of Steven Long of Tampa, FL, Patricia Kowalewski of Pleasantville, NJ and Michael Long of Hammonton, NJ.  Proud grandfather of 4.

Fred worked for La Salle University and the Girl Scouts in Facilities Management for many years and most recently for Conicelli Honda.  He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Thursday, March 30 ^th from 11 AM – 1 PM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Avenue, Haddon Township, NJ 08108.  Memorial service will be celebrated at 1 PM.

Interment will be private.
