On July 7, 2009, Age 60, of Maple Shade, NJ. Father of Eileen Scott (Joe) of Gibbsboro, NJ and Paul Bartelme of Gibbsboro, NJ. Husband of Janet Bartelme of Carlisle, PA. Relatives and friends may attend his Memorial Service, Saturday 1 PM at Grace Bible Church, 822 S. Church St., Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions in Lowell’s memory may be made to Grace Bible Church, Church Building Fund.
