Norman S. Pratt

Norman S. Pratt, On October 4, 2016, Age 75, of Marlton, NJ formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ, died of complications of diabetes.

Beloved husband of Pamela Pratt (Nee Nixon). Dear father of Elizabeth Tavit (Nerses) of Summit, NJ, and David N. Pratt (Evelyn) of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Dear brother of Eugene Pratt of Rehoboth Beach, DE. Loving Grandfather of Daniel Pratt Tavit, Julia Rose Pratt, Jessica Grace Pratt, Alexander Gene Pratt and Rebecca Louise Tavit.

A graduate Civil Engineer from the University of Delaware, Mr. Pratt spent his career as a Licensed Professional Engineer with Taylor, Wiseman and Taylor in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants and highway bridges. He was a former President of the South Jersey Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers. He served in the US Army in Vietnam, was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church of Cherry Hill, a former member of the First Baptist Church of Haddonfield and was the author of two self-published books.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Saturday morning from 10 to 11 AM at the JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Avenue, Haddon Township, NJ, followed by his funeral service at 11 AM.

Interment, Haddonfield Baptist Cemetery, Haddonfield, NJ.
