Kenneth James "Jake" Jacoby, Jr.

On May 19, 2015, Age 62, of Collingswood, NJ.

Loving father of Kenneth J. Jacoby, III of Voorhees, NJ and fiancée Stephanie Yanzuk. Dear brother of Cheryl Cushman of Haddon Twp., NJ and Uncle to Valerie, Richard, Jr and Andrew, survived and beloved by many cousins and great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Jacoby, Sr. and Eve G. Jacoby.

Ken was a longtime resident of Collingswood, graduate of Collingswood HS Class of 1971. Ken loved to spend his summers in Cape May, working as a lifeguard and later heading loss prevention management for Two Guys and Clover stores. He was a well-known bartender at both the Collmont (Fischer’s) and Pat’s Pub (Brewer’s). Ken was happiest watching the Phillies with his family but loved completing crossword puzzles in blue pen and watching Jeopardy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday evening from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township, NJ, followed by a funeral service at 6:30 PM.

Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice in Ken’s memory.
