Margaret D. Lynde

Went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2008, the day after she celebrated her 92nd birthday at her home. She was born in Philadelphia. She graduated from the Phildelphia College of the Bible where she met her husband Arthur Lynde. They were married for 62 years. The owned and operated the Haddon Hollies business in Westmont, NJ for many years and then moved to Cherry Hill, NJ. While there, Margaret worked for the school district in the satellite cafeteria program.
For many years, they were members of the Collingswood United Methodist Church. After Arthur passed away she moved to Buckingham, PA.
She was a loving and sweet natured wife and mother and trusted in the Lord. Owning a summer home in Ocean City, NJ was a wonderful place for the family to be together.
Margaret is survived by her two daughters, Lois Clarkson and her husband James of Buckingham, PA and Bonnie Weisenborn and her husband Frank of Pebble Beach, CA. Four grandchildren, Heather Corridori of Salem, OR, Rob Dore of Oxnard, CA, Joyce Clarkson of Perkiomenville, PA and Chrissie Lockman of Sellersville, PA. Two great-grandchildren, Dominic and Emma Corridori of Salem OR.
There will be a viewing on Friday, December 19th at 10:30 am followed by a service at 11:00 am at the JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Westmont, NJ 08108. In lieu of flowers contributions in Margaret's memory may be made to the Browns Mills United Methodist Church, 2 Pemberton Browns Mills Rd., Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
