Maria G. "Josephine" Sannicandro

(Nee Paolozzo) On December 16, 2014, Age 89.

A longtime resident of Westmont, NJ. Loving wife of the late Samuel Sannicandro. Beloved mother of Maria Peterson of Audubon, NJ, and Donna Bates (Lee) of Cherry Hill, NJ. Dear grandmother of Christie Peterson. Maria was a devoted parishioner of Holy Saviour Church. She loved cooking, baking, sewing and tending her vegetable garden in summer. She was happiest serving her great Italian meals, and truly joyful when celebrating any occasion with food, family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 9:30 – 10:45 AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish HOLY SAVIOUR CHURCH, 50 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M.

Entombment Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.

In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to a children’s charity of choice (i.e. Ronald McDonald House – Philadelphia, Deborah Heart Hospital – Browns Mills, NJ, or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.)
