On October 5, 2008, age 84, of Oaklyn, NJ, formerly of Westmont, NJ. Former husband of Constance Holroyd of Mantua, NJ. Beloved father of John J. Wiessner, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Westmont, NJ. Dear brother of George Wiessner of Woodlynne, NJ and Joseph Wiessner of Gloucester Twp., NJ. Loving grandfather of Jason and Joe. George worked at Ginsey Industries in Bellmawr for 25 years and served as a U.S. Marine in WWII. Funeral services are private. Contributions in George’s memory may be made to the Animal Adoption Center, 501 N. Berlin Rd., Lindenwold, NJ 08021.
