William M. Anderson

On August 21, 2008, Age 90, of Westmont, NJ, formerly of Haddonfield, NJ. Beloved husband of Lillian R. Anderson (Nee Proudfoot) for 62 years. Loving father of Mary Jo Fege and her husband Rev. Hartmut Fege of Oceanview, NJ. Dear brother of Jessoline Mitchell of Sandwich, MA. Grandfather of Meredith L. Monroe (Tyler), Scott W. Marks (Suzanne) and Eric M. Marks (Sharon) all of S.C. Great grandfather of Joshua, Jacob, Hannah and Noah. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was an Army Veteran of WWII. He was a member of the Westmont Fire Company serving as Fire Police Captain for many years, a member of the Camden Co. Fire Police and Haddon Twp. Police Reserve. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Friday evening from 6 to 7 PM at the Church of Our Savior, Wood Lane & Wayne Ave., Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Funeral services will follow at 7 PM. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
