Madalaine B. Smart

(Nee Garwood) On June 6, 2014, Age 92, of Westmont, NJ. Beloved mother of Jack Smart of Westmont, NJ and Eileen Fuzer (Dan) of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Dear sister of Don Garwood (Pat) of Woolwich, NJ. Loving grandmother of Patrick, Nicholas, Eric and Erin. Also survived by many nieces & nephews and her dear friends Joe Ciarocchi, Naomi Renne and Marie Wann.

Madalaine graduated from Camden Catholic High School Class of 1940. She was a longtime employee of Campbell Soup Co., and a longtime parishioner of Holy Saviour Church. Madalaine was famous for her cranberry relish. She loved dancing, the concerts at Cooper River, the Jersey shore and Frank Sinatra music. Madalaine loved attending her grandchildren's activities and she did the crossword puzzle every day in ink.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Tuesday evening from 7 to 9PM at the JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township, NJ.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday 10:00 AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish HOLY SAVIOUR CHURCH, 50 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ.

Interment Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
