We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Terri during her 81 years.

She taught us how to live life fully, passionately, bravely and courageously. The best ever laughters were the ones shared with Terri. The best ever food was made by Terri, the best ever vacations and family gatherings were with Terri. In her lifetime, Terri made contact time after time. Those who've taken her lessons to heart will continue to pay it forward. Every baby will be kissed, every stranger greeted with a hello and a smile.

Terri was a server at the Westmont Diner for 20 years. She was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan, and she wore her Irish proudly.

Many people say there is nothing like a mother’s love, and they are right. Our Mother was a wonderful person who showed love to everyone she came in contact with. She was caring and beautiful inside and out. She loved life, her family, and her friends. Our mother taught us to do the same…as stated in 1 Corinthians 4:16, “This is the reason we do not give up. Our human body is wearing out. But our spirits are getting stronger every day.” We love you Mom. Rest in Peace, we know you are watching over us. You have passed on your legacy in so many ways.

She is survived by her children and grandchildren whose names she would share with both strangers and prospective friends when wearing their names proudly on her grandma sweatshirts in the checkout lines.

Terri is reunited with her father Charles McGahey, her mother Magdelene Mcgahey and her sister Mary Jane DeSantis.
