Scott M. Cairns

On January 4, 2008, Age 51, of Westmont, NJ. Beloved husband of Karla P. Cairns (Nee Pertusi). Devoted father of Scott J. Cairns (Cindy), Lauren M. Cairns, and Katelynn E. Cairns. Dear brother of Robert Cairns (Gina) of Pennsauken, NJ, Thomas Cairns of Westmont, NJ, Daniel Cairns and Brian Cairns both of Atlantic City, NJ and the late Deborah Hall. Grandfather of Shawn. Loving son-in-law of John & Lucille Pertusi of Haddon Twp., NJ and dear son of the late Joanne E. Cairns. Scott served with the Westmont Fire Company No. 1 and later with the Oaklyn Fire Department. He worked for many years as an auto mechanic at Lakeview Custom Coach in Oaklyn and was an avid NASCAR fan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:45AM at Holy Saviour Church, 50 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions in Scott’s memory be made to either Fire Company.
