(Nee Hall) On January 8, 2012, Age 87, of Collingswood, NJ, formerly of Haddonfield, NJ. Dot was born in Merchantville, NJ to the late Herbert and Fanny Hall and raised in Enid, Oklahoma and Westmont, NJ. Beloved wife of the late Albert S. Kimes. Loving mother of Enid L. Kimes (David) of Woodbridge, England. Caring sister of Howard A. Hall of Cherry Hill, NJ. Dear Aunt of Nancy Decker (Charles) of Dunnellon, FL. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dot was a 1942 graduate of Collingswood High School. With a knack for numbers she became a bookkeeper/secretary for Morgan Brothers Laundry, the Methodist Conference and Advance Tool and Die, retiring when she was 84! She resided in Haddonfield for 46 years before moving to Collingswood Manor in 2010. Dot was a charter and lifetime member of the Collingswood Area Chapter of Deborah Hospital Foundation for 49 years and also served as its President. She was a member of the Westmont United Methodist Church for more than 50 years. Dot enjoyed line dancing, playing pinochle and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service Monday 1PM at the COLLINGSWOOD MANOR, 460 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy’s memory may be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation, Collingswood Area Chapter, c/o 117 Oswego Ave., Audubon, NJ 08106.
