On Dec. 1, 2011, Age 78, of Oaklyn, NJ. Beloved husband of Maria Virginia Maldonado (Sanchez). Loving father of Jose & Luz Aida Maldonado of Haddonfield, NJ, Hector & Luz Diane Maldonado of Mt. Holly, NJ, Edwin & Elizabeth Maldonado of Lumberton, NJ, Ivan & Belinda Maldonado of Bronx, NY, Enrique & Andrea Christine Maldonado of W. Collingswood Hts., NJ and William Maldonado of Oaklyn, NJ. Dear brother of the late Hector “Hito” Maldonado. Devoted grandfather of Alexis Olivia, Alexandra Elizabeth, Damaris Alyssa, Vanessa Victoria, Enrique Manuel, Justin Joshua, Edwin Omar & Christopher Anthony Maldonado. Octavio served in the US Army. He was a longtime parishioner of the Spanish Church of the Nazarene in Camden, NJ. Octavio was a member of the Hispanic American Athletic Assoc. of Camden, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday evening from 6-8PM at the WESTMONT UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 200 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ 08108. Services and Interment private.
