Suddenly on July 20, 2011, Age 36, of Gloucester City, NJ. Beloved husband of Amanda Lee Huaca (Nee Maxwell). Loving father of Jonathan, Jr., Alexis, Alyssa, Jarren, Jaiden and Devon all at home. Loving son of Nancy Lee Perez (Nee Bill). Dear brother of Marie Musumeci of TX, Raymond A. Perez (Joy) of Erial, NJ, James Perez (Teresa) of Gloucester City, NJ, Nito Huaca (Sharon) of Mt. Ephraim, NJ, the late Michael Martinez-Perez. Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations to the family in Jon’s memory would be appreciated.
