(Nee Hopkins) On April 23, 2011, Age 80, of Westmont, NJ. Beloved wife of Robert A. Walter. Loving mother of Carol Scattergood (Tim) of Westmont, NJ, Robert J. Walter (Mary) of Fort Washington, PA, John C. Walter (Bonnie) of Haddonfield, NJ and Barbara A. Brown (Dan) Cherry Hill, NJ. Sister of the late Margaret Hopkins. Dear grandmother of Kelsey & Tim Scattergood, Sara & Catherine Walter, John , Alex & Jake Walter, and Shelby, Shannon, Hannah & Jenna Brown. Marianne was a lifelong member of the Westmont United Methodist Church. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her viewing Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM and Thursday from 10 to 11 AM at the WESTMONT UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 200 Emerald Ave., Westmont, NJ 08108. Funeral Service will follow at 11am. Interment private. Contributions in Marianne’s memory may be made to Westmont United Methodist Church.
